Introduction

Welcome to Leadsure.co. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Service Agreement

Service Provision

Upon signing up with Leadsure.co, businesses will receive a new website. The countdown for the initial month of service begins the day the website is launched.

“Launched” means that the website is live on an agreed domain.

Ownership Transfer

Leadsure.co requires a commitment to 6 months of continuous monthly services before transferring ownership of the new website to the client.

The first day of “monthly services” is defined as the day the new website is launched, not the date the business signed up for services.

On transfer, the client will have to buy a license for “Advanced Custom Fields“. This plugin is core to the functionality of the website.

On transfer, the client will also be responsible for their email delivery service.

Early Termination

If a business decides to terminate services before completing 6 months of monthly services, the ownership of the new website will not be transferred to the business. Leadsure.co will retain ownership of the website.

Payment Terms

Monthly Fees

Monthly service fees are due and payable on the same day monthly that your monthly services officially began.

Non-Payment

Failure to pay the monthly fees may result in suspension or termination of services, including the potential withholding of the website.

Termination of Services

Client Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time by contacting Leadsure.co by account settings, email, or phone. However, termination before the completion of 6 months of monthly services will result in the loss of ownership rights to the website.

Leadsure.co Termination

Leadsure.co reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms of this agreement or engages in activities that are harmful to Leadsure.co’s interests.

Limitation of Liability

Leadsure.co will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or the new website, even if Leadsure.co has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Leadsure.co is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

Leadsure.co reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
