Frequently Asked Questions
When does my free 30 days begin?
We start your free 30 days after your new website is launched. That means, while we’re busy setting up your marketing services and website, you don’t need to worry about counting down the days of free service.
Do I own the website after you create it?
We require 6 months of monthly services before passing over ownership of your new website. After that, nothing about your monthly services changes.
Can I cancel at any time?
We do not offer any long-term contracts to our customers. If you don’t like our service, or can’t afford a month of marketing expenses, you can cancel your subscription. If you only want to leave for a month, we will happily pause your subscription and enable it once you’re ready!
Are there any other costs I should know about before subscribing?
AD SPEND
This is separate from the service pricing we offer. It is up to you to choose your ad spend budget. We will recommend 3 budgets based on your target location, services, etc. You can always increase or decrease your monthly spend, though we do have a minimum spend of $350/mo. We will tell you if your budget should be increased or decreased, based on how your ads are performing.
DOMAIN NAME
If you do not have a website, you will need to pay for purchasing a website domain. If you already have a domain, you don’t need to worry about it! Domain costs will vary greatly. You can search for a domain name here.
